CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT

Continuous Enrollment FAQ

Below are frequently asked questions regarding Continuous Enrollment.
Click on a question to reveal the answer.
What is the “Continuous Enrollment” Payment?
The Continuous Enrollment (CE) payment reserves a spot for each student for the following school year. This payment is collected in order to assist the CCS administration in effectively planning for staffing and curriculum for the following school year.
Does “Continuous Enrollment” apply to all Students?
Yes. Regardless of grade level, new families will sign a Continuous Enrollment Contract for their first year of schooling. This will simplify all future enrollment decisions.
After signing the initial “Continuous Enrollment” Contract – what will the following re-enrollment process look Like?
The future re-enrollment process will simply be a communication reminder from the School Office informing families about the new tuition schedule and reminding them about the Continuous Enrollment Payments (March–May) and the “Change of Enrollment” form should they not choose to return.
Can I make the “CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT” payment all at once?
Yes... and if you plan on making a full tuition payment on June 20th, the annual $45 FACTS maintenance fee will be waived. Otherwise, CE payments are generally collected in 3 equal payments over the months of March, April, and May.
Does Our Family Need to have a “FACTS” Account?
Yes. All families will need to have a FACTS account for tuition collection. In addition to automatically collecting tuition payments, FACTS manages the collection of the Continuous Enrollment (CE) payment and other fees, as needed. Those families who already have a FACTS account do not need to register for one again. Those who do not should do so in January or February. The process is online and simple. Families who pay all fees in full on February 20th and all tuition on June 20th through FACTS, will pay no annual FACTS maintenance fee.
What is a “FACTS” payment plan?
A payment plan includes the monthly date and the number of months the payment is collected. The amount of the payment can be adjusted as appropriate during the school year.
Can I include additional fees in my “Facts” account? What if the amount changes?
Yes. Other fees (sports, band, etc.) can be added (or subtracted) and spread out over your payments as directed to the school office.
I haven’t paid my “Continuous Enrollment” payment – What happens after Feb 28?
Your student’s spot will no longer be reserved in their classroom and new students will begin to be enrolled. Any decision to enroll will require payment of New Student fees if space is available.
Is the “CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT” payment refundable?
CE payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I AM applying for need-based Financial Aid – What if I don’t know my tuition payment for next year?
Completed FACTS need-based Financial Aid application and supporting documents are due by May 1st. If the Financial Aid award does not work for families who meet the deadline, continuous enrollment payments are refundable, but only if the FACTS application is complete and the deadline has been met. FACTS application fees are paid directly to FACTS Grant and Aid, a third-party company, and are non-refundable. More info >
I am enrolling a new sibling – What do I need to do?
Complete a New Student Application prior to February 28th. The school will walk you through the rest of the interview process.
What if I choose to opt-out after the Feb 28 deadline?
From the end of the opt-out period until June 30 you will lose your continuous enrollment fee. After July 1, you will be charged one month’s tuition.
Do I need to complete a Change of Enrollment when my child graduates high school?
No. Upon graduation, a student’s enrollment status will automatically become “unenrolled”.
