What is the “Continuous Enrollment” Payment?
The Continuous Enrollment (CE) payment reserves a spot for each student for the following school year. This payment is collected in order to assist the CCS administration in effectively planning for staffing and curriculum for the following school year.
Does “Continuous Enrollment” apply to all Students?
Yes. Regardless of grade level, new families agree to the Continuous Enrollment process for all future enrollment decisions.
What is the re-enrollment process?
In December families are provided with the new tuition schedule and are reminded about the Continuous Enrollment Payments (Feb/Mar/Apr) and the “Change of Enrollment” form should they not choose to return.
Can I make the “CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT” payment all at once?
Yes. By default payments are collected over 3 months (Feb/Mar/Apr). If you plan to pay your tuition in full in June for the following year, paying your CE Fee in full will prevent a $50 FACTS maintenance fee charged to your account. To pay your CE Fee in full, please contact our CCS FACTS Finance Administrator.
Does Our Family Need to have a “FACTS” Account?
Yes. All families need to have a FACTS account for tuition collection. In addition to automatically collecting tuition payments, FACTS manages the collection of the Continuous Enrollment (CE) payment and other fees, including hot lunch and sports activities. This process streamlines our resources resulting in savings to families.
IS THE “CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT” PAYMENT REFUNDABLE?
CE payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
WHAT IF I AM APPLYING FOR NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID AND DON'T KNOW WHAT MY TUITION PAYMENTS WILL BE?
Completed FACTS need-based Financial Aid application and supporting documents are due by May 1st. If the Financial Aid award is insufficient to maintain enrollment, continuous enrollment payments are refundable, but only if the FACTS application is complete and the deadline has been met. FACTS application fees are paid directly to FACTS Grant and Aid, a third-party company, and are non-refundable. More info >
I AM ENROLLING A NEW SIBLING – WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Complete a New Student Application prior to January 20th. The school will walk you through the rest of the interview process.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE TO UN-ENROLL AFTER THE JAN 20TH DEADLINE?
You will forfeit your Continuous Enrollment Fee. After August 1st, you will be charged one month’s tuition.
