Discover-Develop-Deploy

The mission of Crosshill Christian School is to train disciples of Jesus Christ through the repeated processes of discover, develop, deploy.
Discover
    • The discovery of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the first experience of a disciple. In the early grades, school staff help support the home and local church as students make Jesus their Forever Friend. As students build upon this relationship, the discovery of Jesus Christ continues throughout life as the qualities of His reflection in each student is increasingly revealed. As students mature into young adults, a key ownership of their faith occurs as they build upon the faith they have received and it becomes authentic in their life, demonstrated by total surrender as a committed follower.
    • Develop
      • Students develop and mature their God-given gifts through separating from the world through the renewing of their mind. A foundation is built upon Godly character and virtue is built through God’s Word. Students are challenged to grow through academics and activities which prepare them for answering the unique call God has placed on their lives. As true disciples, students integrate God’s Word into every area of their lives, experiencing true freedom.  The school views all relationships and challenges as discipleship opportunities for the Holy Spirit to guide student growth.
  • Work out your own salvation for it is God who works in you. Our part and His part. His part first.
    • Deploy
      • Students are challenged to increase the radius of their service and deploy their testimony to both their community and the nations. Their faith and actions become consistent as they minister to others as ambassadors for Christ. As students leave the campus, they should continually ask and answer the question “What on earth am I doing for heaven’s sake?”

        Iceberg for develop

Some behavior modification but mostly spiritual transformation

        Being over doing

Doing flows out of our being

Deploy-While we (the rescue society) is holding its meetings, an emergency is happening but we are not available to do the very thing we train for. The training cannot become an end in itself.  (a ship sinking?)

A moon showing how we reflect the light of the Son.

        Love god love others

Our vision is for every child and parent to reach full repentance, become His transformed image bearers, and share the gospel with the world.
